Uncap

Terms of use

The Uncap app

Uncap is published by QW Studio LLC. The app provides a 90-day habit programme, personal progress tracking, XP and an optional leaderboard. Uncap is a habit organiser, not a medical device. It offers no disease diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention. For medical advice or care, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Adapt activities to your circumstances. Ninety days describes the programme, not a promised result or refund.

Programme synchronisation and access verification require a connection. A completion submitted after its day may remain in your history without adding retroactive XP. XP represents progress points with no monetary value.

Minimum age and social access

The programme is intended for people aged 13 and over. Enter your real age in the questionnaire. At ages 13 or 14, the profile stays private, without public leaderboard participation or adding friends. Accounts without a declared age remain private until that declaration.

From a declared age of 15, social features remain optional: public leaderboard sharing and sharing with friends require separate choices, and the current publishing rules must be accepted before making a nickname visible. Every new age declaration resets these choices and that acceptance. Sharing is never activated automatically as time passes or by restoring a previous choice. A new referral requires both people to have declared an age of 15 or over, accepted the current social rules and chosen sharing with friends; a code alone does not earn a bonus. Previously earned XP is kept when a profile becomes private. These access thresholds do not replace any authorisations required for minors, including for a purchase, under applicable rules.

Offers and purchases

Applicable offers, prices, durations and trial terms are shown by the App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android before confirmation. Depending on the offers available, Uncap Max includes a weekly subscription without a trial or a three-month subscription with a three-day trial if the store determines that you are eligible. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled; an eligible trial is followed by the displayed paid period unless cancelled.

The Escape lifetime offer, when available, is a one-time non-consumable purchase with no trial or renewal. It does not cancel an existing subscription. Deleting your Uncap account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription either. A refund or revocation may remove access.

App Store subscriptions and refunds

For an iOS purchase, manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. To avoid renewal after a trial, Apple asks that you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Restore purchases using the Apple account that made the purchase. Apple handles App Store refund requests.

Google Play subscriptions and refunds

For an Android purchase, use the Google account that made the purchase to restore access and manage or cancel the subscription in Google Play → profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel before renewal or the end of a trial to avoid the next paid period. Cancellation stops future renewals; it is not a refund request.

Google Play refunds depend on Google Play’s policies, the product, purchase date and your country. Use the Google Play help below or contact devqwiet@outlook.fr for a request about your Android purchase. Deleting an account does not guarantee a refund.

Nicknames and publishing rules

Before publishing a nickname visible on the leaderboard or to friends, you must accept these terms and publishing rules in the app. Acceptance does not replace your visibility choices. You can keep your programme private without publishing a nickname.

Insulting, discriminatory, hateful, threatening or harassing nicknames and language, bullying, impersonation and spam are prohibited. Sexual content, exploitation or endangerment of minors, and encouragement of violence, self-harm, eating disorders or illegal activities are also prohibited. Do not use a nickname to disclose private information such as an address or phone number, or another person’s data without their permission.

A filter blocks certain expressions when publishing. A reported nickname may be replaced with an alias and an account’s social visibility may be suspended after review, without deleting its purchases, programme or XP. To report prohibited content or behaviour, or block someone, use their row’s menu in the leaderboard or friends list. The waitlist

Your email and platform (iOS or Android) are required to receive a launch notification. Joining does not involve payment, a purchase commitment or an app account. No launch date is guaranteed.

Use an address you own. On-screen confirmation means your request was saved; it does not verify ownership. You can withdraw consent at any time at devqwiet@outlook.fr.
