UncapDelete my Uncap account
By email, even without the app
To ask QW Studio LLC to delete your Uncap account and its associated data, email devqwiet@outlook.fr from the address used for that account. State that you want to delete your Uncap account. You do not need to reinstall the app.
We verify your identity before deleting the account and let you know the outcome of your request. If you use an Apple relay address or no longer have access to the account’s email address, mention this so we can help you with verification. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or session tokens.
From Uncap settings
On iOS and Android: Settings → Data and privacy → Delete my account. Verify your identity with a fresh email code or, for an account created with Apple on iOS, with Apple sign-in, then confirm deletion.
A deletion still being finalised can be checked again in the app. Wait for confirmation; a network error does not mean deletion has succeeded. Revoking Apple sign-in may require another server attempt.
Data deleted
Deletion is permanent. It removes the profile, sign-in identifiers, first name and nickname, synchronised answers and programme, arcs, daily completions, XP, friend relationships, blocks, reports involving the account and sessions. Export any data you wish to keep before requesting deletion.
Retained data and exceptions
Some pseudonymised purchase, installation and referral references are retained to prevent abuse through reuse of purchases and bonuses. They currently have no automatic purge. Technical records of completed deletions are scheduled for removal thirty days after the request. Provider backups may temporarily retain a previous copy.
Account deletion does not automatically remove purchase records retained by Apple, Google or RevenueCat, support correspondence or a separate website waitlist registration. If your request also covers these records, mention this in your email.
Cancel subscriptions separately
Deleting your Uncap account or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription or trigger a refund. To stop renewals, cancel your subscription in the store used for the purchase. An Escape lifetime purchase does not renew; any other subscription must still be managed separately.
